Major Factors of Stress:
Stress can range from daily events to pressure from the holidays. Spending money, the cost of living, and debt can collect to be a massive time bomb of stress for a person.
The things that cause you stress may not be a problem for someone else. There are 2 main types of stress; good stress, such as you taking a vacation or taking some personal time for yourself, and it can make you feel more involved, energetic, and relaxed. While negative stress can cause you to be constantly under pressure which leads to having health problems.

-Exercise. Regular exercise is one of the best ways to manage stress.
-Write. It can help to write about the things that are bothering you.
-Let your feelings out. Talk, laugh, cry, and express anger when you need to with someone you trust.
-Do something you enjoy. A hobby can help you relax.
-Learn ways to relax your body. This can include breathing exercises, muscle relaxation exercises, massage or yoga.
-Focus on the present. Try meditation, imagery exercises, or personal time. Listen to relaxing music. Keep a medium between yourself, your daily duties and work.
